Refund and Cancellation Policy At The Elite Training Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training and professional development. If you need to cancel or request a refund for a training session or event, please review the following guidelines: Virtual Training: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. In-Person Training: For in-person events, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund, or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable. No-Show: If you do not attend a scheduled training session without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund. Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague or another individual at no additional charge by notifying us in advance.
